I uploaded a beat but it is not showing in my dashboard.
Check that your upload completed fully — large files can take a moment. If the beat does not appear within 5 minutes, email support with your account email and the beat title.
I purchased a license but did not receive my files.
Delivery is automated via email immediately after payment. Check your spam folder. If files are still missing after 15 minutes, email support with your order confirmation number.
I need to update my payment method.
Log into your account, go to Settings, and update your billing information. For subscription changes, email support.
My SoundVox generation failed or I did not get my audio.
If a SoundVox generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded within a few minutes. Check your credit balance at /studio/credits. If credits were not returned after 10 minutes, email support with your account email and the approximate time of the generation.
