Refund Policy
Beat licenses are digital goods delivered instantly, so refunds are handled case by case rather than as a blanket return window.
Eligible for a refund:the files you received don't match the license you bought, the download was corrupt or never delivered, or you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate transaction).
Not eligible: change of mind after the files have been downloaded, or requests where the licensed beat has already been used in a released project.
Subscriptions:Pro plan billing can be cancelled anytime from Settings — you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate partial months.
To request a refund, email support@voxempire.app with your order confirmation number and a short description of the issue. Most requests are reviewed within two business days.
