Privacy Policy

We collect: account info you provide (name, email, payment via Stripe), submitted forms (signup, waitlist), and anonymous play telemetry on tracks.

We don't sell your data. We don't train models on it. We use a short, audited list of third parties: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (data), Clerk (auth), Stripe (payments), Sentry (errors), fal.ai (song and video generation — lyrics + prompts sent to their inference API), Replicate & Anthropic (cover art and lyrics assistance), PostHog (anonymous analytics), Resend (transactional email).

Delete your account or request a data export by emailing privacy@voxempire.app.
