AI Tools Use Policy

VoxEmpire uses third-party AI models across the platform — for song generation (SoundVox), cover art, transcription, and lyric drafting. Transparency is the product: every AI tool used in a release is documented in that release's public rights-chain receipt.

Models in use

Song generation (SoundVox)
fal.ai / ACE-Step 1.5
Apache 2.0 — commercial use permitted

Generates full vocal or instrumental audio from lyrics + genre prompts. Every generated track auto-receives a VoxEmpire rights-chain receipt.

Music video generation (SoundVox)
fal.ai / Wan 2.2
Apache 2.0 — commercial use permitted

Generates short video accompaniment from audio + prompt. Optional extension inside SoundVox Studio.

Cover art generation
Replicate / Black Forest Labs Flux 1.1 Pro
Commercial use permitted per Black Forest Labs terms

Generates square cover art from genre + style prompt. Applied to beat uploads and SoundVox generations.

Lyrics transcription
Replicate / OpenAI Whisper large-v3
MIT — commercial use permitted

Transcribes audio files into timestamped lyrics for the rights chain wizard.

Lyrics drafting assistant
Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6
Anthropic commercial API — commercial use permitted

Assists with lyric drafts in the Studio. Human creative direction required; AI assistance is documented in the rights chain.

Permitted

Commercial use of outputs, subject to each underlying model provider's commercial terms. All models listed above permit commercial use as of this policy's effective date.

Prohibited

  • Outputs that knowingly infringe third-party rights
  • Generating real-person likenesses without documented consent
  • Illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Attempts to bypass safety filters or rate limits

Documentation requirement

Any AI tool contributing to a VoxEmpire release must be declared in that release's rights chain. The rights-chain wizard surfaces this as a required step. See the methodology for how the documentation gates work.

Liability

Users are responsible for verifying outputs don't infringe third-party rights before distribution. VoxEmpire provides the tooling and the documentation framework; we don't warrant individual outputs. Signing the release warranty is the user's attestation that they have done this verification.

Material changes will be communicated to active users. Questions: contact support@voxempire.app.
