VoxEmpire respects intellectual property rights and expects every artist on the platform to do the same. If you believe content hosted on voxempire.app infringes your copyright, you can request a takedown.

To file a takedown notice, email dmca@voxempire.app with: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

What happens next: valid notices are actioned promptly — the content is removed or disabled and the uploading artist is notified. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Counter-notice: if your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information and a good-faith statement explaining the error.
